Removed obsoleted doxygen.conf tags XML_SCHEMA, XML_DTD, SHOW_DIRECTORIES,

HTML_ALIGN_MEMBERS. Corrected EXAMPLE_PATH.
Corrected a few comments which caused valid doxygen complaints.
